Matt personally guides each prospective home buyer through the design, layout and drafting process necessary for each custom home. Mr. Tappero is licensed as a NC Residential and Commercial Builder, and his homes have won several awards in recognition of his work.

Matt Tappero’s wife, Denice, is a longtime Outer Banks resident, and a licensed real estate Broker.
